By Schaumburg Park District

Fruits and Veggies to the RescueNever beg your child to eat their fruits and veggies again!

Fruits and veggies are so important to kids’ health and nutrition, but getting them to eat their fruits and veggies isn’t easy.  Schaumburg Park District’s Fruits and Veggies to the Rescue class held at Pat Shephard Center, 421 N. Springinsguth Road, taps into children’s imagination and love of superheroes to inspire them to “love and eat” their fruits and veggies.

Programs are offered seasonally.  Registration is available at parkfun.com and at Schaumburg Park District registration facilities.
